The workshop is being organised by the University of Cyprus with the support of the PHAETHON Centre of Excellence, focusing on recent developments and future opportunities in green hydrogen and reversible Solid Oxide Cell (rSOC) energy systems.
The event will bring together researchers, industry representatives, policymakers, renewable energy developers, and other stakeholders to discuss integrated hydrogen and renewable energy technologies and their potential role in Cyprus and the wider region.

- Integration of photovoltaics and hydrogen storage technologies
- Techno-economic and operational aspects of hydrogen-based energy systems
- Opportunities and challenges for renewable hydrogen deployment
- Future perspectives for integrated and flexible energy systems
The workshop will feature presentations from researchers at the University of Cyprus (Coordinator) and the University of Groningen, which together comprise the SOLID project consortium, followed by an interactive stakeholder discussion.
