As a member of the International Advisory Board, Paul hopes to bring his international technology business and entrepreneurial skills to bear, especially in helping PHAETON in launching technologies and spinoff companies into the wider renewable energy ecosystem.

Jonathan Green
As a member of the International Advisory Board, Jonathan will draw on his business experience to assist in furthering the PHAETHON CoE mission of being a global leader in developing and commercializing new technologies in sustainable energy.

Andreas Athienitis
He will also advise on opportunities for technology transfer and knowledge mobilization, and on policy implications of the research performed by Phaethon and ERDC.

Nienke Homan
As a member of the International Advisory Board, Nienke will draw on an expertise in energy transition, specializing in green hydrogen, energy systems, infrastructure, and industrial transitions.
She plays a leading role in the energy transition in the Netherlands and is internationally recognized as a thought leader in Sustainable Hydrogen Valleys. Nienke served as a regional deputy minister responsible for realizing the Hydrogen Valley (HEAVENN) in the Northern Netherlands.

Jennifer Harper
She currently retains a consultancy role within the Policy and Strategy Unit and currently chairs the Equality Committee. She represents Malta on the European Scientific Advisors Forum (ESAF). She is a Member, ERALEARN Advisory Board and Insight Foresight Institute.

Lars Nordström
Lars has served as Director of the Swedish Centre of Electric Power Engineering and as Thematic leader for Smartgrids and electric storage in KIC InnoEnergy and he was visiting professor at Washington State University. He is the author of numerous scientific papers in journals and international conferences, a senior member of the IEEE, CIRED and Cigre and past chairman of the Swedish mirror committee of IEC TC57.

Jürgen Werner
He was the Director of the Institute for Photovoltaics over 25 years and the founder of several companies in the technology and installation of photovoltaic cells and systems.
Juergen taught in photovoltaics, micro, opto-electronics, energy conversion, renewable energies, semiconductor physics and served as a reviewer for banks investing into photovoltaic cell and module productions.

Luke Georghiou
Luke has extensive experience on research and policy advice. He is a member of the EU JRC’s Expert Group on a Fair and Sustainable Economy and is chairing an EU Policy Support Function review of Business-Science Cooperation in Finland which is reporting to the Prime Minister.
In 2011 he was elected to the Academia Europaea. He is a member of the European University Association’s Innovation Expert Group having previously chaired the EUA Council for Doctoral Education.
