Mr. Stavros Pantzaris
Stavros is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in Assurance and Advisory Business Services. He spent three decades at Ernst & Young Cyprus, where he held key leadership roles including Assurance Leader, Country Managing Partner, and Chairman, serving in these capacities until the end of 2023.
Throughout his career, Stavros has led numerous high-profile engagements, including assurance, transaction, and advisory assignments across a range of industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Engineering with Industrial Management and is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), as well as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of several esteemed organisations, including the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation, the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, The Propeller Club of the United States – Port of Limassol, and Cyprus Seeds.

Prof. Panos Papanastasiou
Panos Papanastasiou is Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of the University of Cyprus. He served as the Founding Chairman of Civil and Environmental Engineering Department (2002-08) and Dean of the Engineering School (2008-14). After he received his Ph.D from the University of Minnesota (1990) he worked as Principal Research Scientist in Schlumberger Cambridge Research, UK, from 1991-2002. He worked also as industrial consultant and government advisor on energy projects. His research areas are in applied and computational geomechanics for applications in geo-energy (hydraulic fracturing, wellbore stability, sand production and control, reservoir geomechanics), hydrogen underground storage, CO2 geological storage, offshore pipelines and cracking and degradation of photovoltaics and energy projects management and economics. He has published more than 90 articles in scientific journals, 140 conference proceedings, 10 book chapters, edited 7 books, invented 3 patents. He is Editor-in-Chief of Geomechanics for Energy and the Environment (Elsevier).

Prof. Tatiana Eleni Synodinou
She has been principal Project manager/Principal researcher and expert at many EU and UCY funded research projects. She is currently the Holder of the Jean Monnet Chair DIGI (Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence DIGIU – Digital Platforms: Under the Scope of the New Era in Digital Services)
She is founding member and President of the Union of Copyright Law of Cyprus (EDPI), which is the Cypriot affiliate of International Literary and Artistic Association (ALAI). She is member of the European Copyright Society (ECS).
She is the author of numerous books, journal articles, and chapters in edited books in copyright law, Internet law, media law, and property law.

Mr. Mikkel Sorensen
Over the past 10 years, Mikkel has led the establishment, development, and scaling of DTU Skylab from a small pilot initiative to its current stage as an award-winning and internationally leading innovation environment with approximately 60 employees and 60,000+ ft2 of innovation infrastructure. Each year, DTU Skylab supports over 300 startup projects from DTU’s staff and students and engages in innovation collaborations with existing companies, along with educational activities.
Prior to his current role, Mikkel was the National Manager at Venture Cup Denmark. Mikkel is also partner in the hard-tech venture fund TechStation Invest, co-founder of Stormglas, and serves on several boards.

Prof. Klaus Hubacek
Klaus Hubacek is a Professor in Science, Technology and Society at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. He is chair of the department of Integrated Research on Energy, Environment and Society. His research focuses on conceptualizing and modeling the interactions between human and environmental systems. Klaus has published some 250 peer-reviewed journal articles and is recognized as a highly cited researcher with multiple papers in the top 1% by citations. Klaus conducted studies for several national agencies in Europe, China, Japan, and the U.S., as well as international institutions such as the World Bank, the Interamerican Development Bank, World Wide Fund for Nature, and Greenpeace. Klaus was a lead author of the most recent assessment report (AR6) of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
